How is the free plan different from the paid plans?
The free plan lets you try LexiBot with a limited weekly allowance, measured in LC (LexiCredit).
Once your LC runs out, you’ll need to wait for the next week’s allowance.
We may adjust the allowance, add new features, or limit certain features in the free plan without prior notice, depending on system demand.
What is LexiCredit (LC)?
LexiCredit is LexiBot’s usage unit, mainly for the free plan. Features marked as Unlimited do not use LC — so you can use them as much as you like.
How do I buy a plan?
Follow these steps to upgrade your account:
Log in to the account you want to upgrade.
Choose your plan and click Upgrade.
Select a payment method:
PayPal – Pay with your PayPal balance or linked cards. (Recommended)
Buy Me a Coffee – Backup option using Stripe on our official Buy Me a Coffee page (card payments only).
💡 If PayPal is not supported in your country, use the Buy Me a Coffee option instead.
Important: Make sure your card supports international payments (e.g., Visa, MasterCard).
How is the monthly cycle calculated?
One billing cycle = 30 days.
Example: Buy a plan on 15-Jun-2025, and it will expire on 15-July-2025.
Do plans renew automatically?
No. All plans are one-time payments — we don’t auto-renew or charge you automatically.

Instructor Plan – For teachers who only need grading and feedback tools.
Class Plan – For teachers who want multiple students to practice under the same account.
💡 If your class exceeds the device login limit for your plan, you can:
Create another account and buy an extra plan, or
Contact us for a custom plan.
Can I share my account?
Yes — you can share your account with a friend or colleague.
But keep in mind:
There’s a device login limit for each plan.
Avoid sharing your account on public forums or groups (unless you’re a LexiBot affiliate).
🚨 Accounts may be temporarily locked if we detect unusual usage activity.
What’s your refund policy?
For global users with USD transactions:
We offer a 7-day refund policy for all plans.
If you’re not satisfied, simply contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll refund your payment — no questions asked.
